After the job interview, you got a very good impression of the company and the future tasks. In the best case, you also know more about projects you will be working on in future. But do you then also know what to expect when you come into the office in the morning?
You know exactly what you can expect from MSTVision after this report.
Of course, no day at MSTVision looks exactly the same, but none of these events are invented.
7:00 am – The first coffee is ready
Some employees like to start the day early. Why? Other employees sometimes ask the same question. This way, everyone is able to adapt flexibly to their own circumstances. You want to be in the office early to be with your family earlier? No problem.
9:30 am – Boss leaves for sports
When you come into the office in the morning, you may already see your boss’s sports gear lying next to this desk. By 9:30, he’ll be on his way to the gym.
The bosses do their best to set a good example and show how work-life balance works. You might even find a block of “Taekwondo” or “Diving” in the boss’s calendar.
12 noon – Lunch in the in-house canteen
If we’ve lasted this long, we’re going to eat. One thing we are still working on though – unfortunately, we don’t have a canteen. But we also need goals, right? So, the team either forms queues at the microwave or in nearby restaurants, like the best kebab stand in Hechtsheim, which is even within walking distance.
You can be sure – we know the best eating places in the area.
And – you should be prepared to be able to order your pizza binary. Our regular coaching sessions and the associated ordering of lunch always bring out our most nerdy qualities.
1:30 pm – With some sugar into the afternoon
But above all, we know the best sources of dessert: After lunch is before the snack. Homemade cake, fresh cookies, donuts or ice cream (Of course: 1st place is Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough).
So the next meetings can come. Ready for the final sprint!
2:00 pm – High attendance announced
It’s ringing. A young lady walks in – just turned one year old. Your colleague welcomes his daughter and says goodbye to his wife. Johanna knows all about MSTVision – Mom has an appointment nearby, so she can visit Dad at work and is a guest for the next meeting.
Johanna’s dad not only had the opportunity to take two months parental leave, but also has the opportunity to support his wife in her job.
3:30 pm – Pull Up Contest
Just before the first ones leave for home, you go to the chin-up bar again and try to beat your current high score. We are happy to tell you in advance – for some colleagues it is 1/2 pull-up, for others it is over 20. Time to set up your own highscore!
10:30pm –Sometimes it gets late
In rare cases, it can happen that you are brooding over a problem with the boss until late at night, because the next day an important customer demo is planned but not yet perfect. Because despite all the fun we have at work, we are all aware that in order for the shop to continue to run so well, we have to ensure customer satisfaction in the end. Therefore, we give our best as a team every day!
