In only 8 weeks from order placement to final acceptance, we delivered a customer-specific measuring system at the end of November.
The aim was to measure transparent substrates with the following specifications:
- Variable product dimensions 200mm – 600mm edge length
- Reproducibility 4µm
- Measuring time 1.5s
- Fast changeover to different dimensions
- High-precision calibration in a few seconds
- Extremely low temperature drift
