Camera Mount Line

The Camera Mount Line (CML) enables simple and precise alignment and positioning of line scan cameras. By replacing the mounting ring, a wide variety of different line scan cameras can be mounted. The camera can be aligned around the X and Y axes (transport direction) as well as around the Z axis (optical axis). The rotation around the optical axis in particular makes this product unique and greatly facilitates alignment.

Universally compatible: Can be adapted to a wide range of common line scan cameras (optimized for Basler Racer 2)

Side clamping block: Can be mounted on the left or right
Easy adjustment: Complete adjustment and clamping possible with a 5 mm Allen key

Adjustment Options

The CML camera mount enables precise alignment of the line scan camera via pitch, yaw, and roll. This allows the camera to be adapted exactly to any application.

The X-rotation allows lateral swiveling of ±9°, ensuring optimal horizontal tilt.
The Y-rotation (in combination with the X rotation) allows parallel alignment of the camera sensor with the object.
In addition, the Z-axis can be rotated ±8° around the optical axis, allowing easy alignment with the object axis.
