The Gallus Group offers machines and services for the production of high-quality labels. Since 2014, it has been fully owned by Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG.
In February 2019, we were in urgent need of expert opinion for an internal inspection task. Just three days after our inquiry with MSTVision GmbH, we had our first workshop day at our facility. MSTVision quickly grasped the production steps and the defects that occurred and presented us with valuable new approaches. Some of these differed significantly from the system approaches of established manufacturers. To test the feasibility of the ideas, we provided MSTVision with a small sample set. They independently tested several proposed lighting arrangements for this, forming the basis for another workshop where we evaluated the results together.
In addition to the very satisfactory results, we were also offered spontaneous training sessions, such as on topics like line scan cameras, resolutions, or the VDI guideline 2632.
The flexibility and collaboration style of MSTVision, both during the workshops and the training, are particularly noteworthy. The results offer us valuable added benefits.”
