We’re excited to announce the public release of the MSTVision Framework 🚀
The MSTVision Framework is our software platform for building and operating high-performance Photometric Stereo applications with our PS Advanced. It provides a seamless workflow for camera configuration, image acquisition, and Photometric Stereo processing — helping customers integrate advanced surface inspection into industrial environments faster and more efficiently.
The framework supports image acquisition via GenTL and delivers both raw camera data and Photometric Stereo outputs, including Albedo, Curvature, and Height Map images for detailed surface analysis. This enables reliable detection of scratches, dents, texture deviations, and other challenging surface defects that are difficult to detect with conventional imaging systems.
Designed for easy integration into machine vision ecosystems such as HALCON & MERLIC, Aurora Vision Studio, KiVision and NeuroCheck the MSTVision Framework lays the foundation for scalable, high-speed industrial inspection workflows.
