Our MultiChannel setup is designed to provide maximum flexibility across all relevant imaging parameters — enabling tailored solutions for complex, high-speed inspection tasks.
The setup supports multiple camera configurations and variable resolutions, allowing precise adaptation to field of view, depth of field, and feature size. Top and bottom sections of the system can be separated, offering additional flexibility for installation and maintenance.
On the illumination side, the system integrates up to 10 independently controllable channels, including darkfield, backlight, reflex light, and our MST-PSL for high-speed photometric stereo. Each channel can be configured and combined depending on the application.
To ensure precise and efficient alignment, our purpose-built mounting brackets are complemented by support tools for easy adjustment of all components, enabling:
- Discrete distance adjustment in 5 steps
- Continuous angular positioning around the object
- Flexible combination of multiple illuminations
