An introduction from the founder Michael Stelzl

I’ve been working in the industrial sector for more than 20 years. In this time I have had the privilege of supporting, adapting and leading a vast number of technology and research projects, including working internationally for more than a decade.
The spectrum and the scope of the projects has been and is very diverse. Projects have ranged from developing efficient image processing solutions (such as solar), acquiring and installing capital-intensive inspection systems (e.g. display glass)
or obtaining and installing the entire metrology equipment for a semi-conductor project.

In addition to my wide-ranging qualifications (as a laboratory technician, graduate engineer in applied physics and MBA holder), I have been able to build up extensive practical experience over time.

I have offered my services as a freelance engineer alongside my job as a project manager for more than a decade.

Since 2013 I have been part of the technical committee 8.12, “Image processing in measurement and automation technology”, at the Society of Measurement and Automation Engineering (known by its German initials GMA).

Since 2014 I have been a teaching fellow at the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, within the degree “Optoelectronics and Image Processing”.

In summer 2016 I founded the MSTVision GmbH company.

My team and I look forward to working on your project.
